Make every note you play on guitar count!

Have you noticed that your hands get tired after an intensive 1 hour or 2 hour practice session?
Everyone may be slightly different but typically we cannot play the guitar non-stop for hours and hours every day.
We need breaks!
The interesting thing to know actually is that every note you play on your guitar makes your hands weaker and weaker before you need to take a day off.
Our hands get tired quickly (especially, when bad guitar playing technique is present).
Of course, there are the guitar heros which say they practiced for 6-10 hours a day when first starting out or as a teen. But I'm skeptical quite a bit about this.
For me, I need to take a break after a 1 hour improvisation session because my left hand gets tired and my dexterity is suffering.
And everything matters...
Your posture, your hand and finger placement, the chair you sit on, the mindset and how relaxed you are, etc.
So I recommend you give it a try yourself. Notice how everything matters.
I want you to get out one important thing from this blog post:
MAKE EVERY NOTE YOU PLAY ON GUITAR COUNT!
It means that you avoid noodling too much while improvising. Play only what you hear in your head (at least, try to do it).
The more non-sense notes you play, the quicker your hands will get tired and lose dexterity!
Sounds good?
Try it in your next practice session.
Bye!
